Shipping

We do our best to process your order as soon as possible. All products from our web site are shipped from our Seattle, WA warehouse. The buyer is responsible for all charges and payments of customs clearance fees, duties and taxes, if any. Our products include: driveway gates, iron fences, pedestrian gates, sliding gate openers, swing gate openers, solar gate openers, solar panels, electric locks, gate parts and accessories.

Location: We are located in the state of Washington. We process 80% of our sales online. Local pick-up is welcome.
When additional shipping charges occur, the customer may be responsible for these charges. A representative will reach out to you with the additional cost. If unable to pay, the order may be canceled.
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are now processed 7 days a week-- making this process even faster! Occasional delays may occur. Orders will not be processed on most holidays. Some delivery delays can occasionally occur.


ALEKO Warehouse business hours are Monday-Friday 7:00-4:30 PM (PST).

LTL Freight orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on the delivery location.

Simply look for the small logo under the item price to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order qualify for “free shipping” and total $1 or more, your order ships FREE!

LTL Shipping - Less Than Truckload Freight Shipping Services


For large and oversized products, we use LTL shipping. After your product ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information and details about the freight carrier assigned to your order.

Shortly following the shipment, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery date. CUSTOMERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE DELIVERY OR FEES FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL INCUR. Please download and read carefully the Freight Receiving Instructions before the arrival of your package.

Transit times vary depending on your delivery area.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours. By shopping with us you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
