Great service June 15, 2024 Reviewer: Paul from Etobicoke, ON Canada   The awning was delivered within days of my order. Tracking with Fed Ex was bang on. It was delivered 14 minutes ahead of the predicted window. The product was very easy to install. The only negative is that it is actually not a full 10’ x 12’ the width is short by a few inches ( I think because of the hem ) so there is exposed drum showing . It doesn’t really matter though . Almost perfect... May 7, 2021 Reviewer: Phil from Mississauga, ON Canada   Delivery to Mississauga Canada was super fast. Fabric looks fantastic and seems to be made with good material. One thing didn't work out for me was the provided poly cord for valance fabric was thinner than my original one (which I threw away already) and it slips out from the channel. Great product. Fast delivery! September 6, 2020 Reviewer: Mark Friesen from Coquitlam, BC Canada   We bought a replacement fabric for a cheap Wal-Mart awning we bought 15 years ago. The replacement went well, but because the awning frame was so old some of the plastic parts barely made it through the rehab. The method i had to attach the fabric to the roller was somewhat more difficult than the example instructions included with the purchase.  All in all, i got it all done and Im really happy with the results. If i had looked at the condition of the frame before i ordered the replacement, I may not have gone ahead with the order. Now that everything is done, I think I probably got another 10 years left.
